Esta es como la <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#0f7880\" class=\"has-inline-color\">primera fase<\/mark><\/strong> a ingresar a la lista.<\/li><li><strong>Desvirtuado.<\/strong> El contribuyente presentara todas sus pruebas para ser <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#0f7880\" class=\"has-inline-color\">desvinculado<\/mark><\/strong> a lo que se le acusa.<\/li><li><strong>Definitivo<\/strong>. Es la <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#0f7880\" class=\"has-inline-color\">resoluci\u00f3n en negativa<\/mark><\/strong> al contribuyente, es decir, es <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#0f7880\" class=\"has-inline-color\">culpable<\/mark><\/strong>.<\/li><li><strong>Sentencia Favorable.<\/strong> Es lo contrario a lo definitivo, en este estatus el contribuyente es <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#0f7880\" class=\"has-inline-color\">absuelto de toda culpa<\/mark><\/strong>. Pero puede <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#0f7880\" class=\"has-inline-color\">volver a caer<\/mark><\/strong> en la lista.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Sus <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#0f7880\" class=\"has-inline-color\">implicaciones<\/mark><\/strong> est\u00e1n en que si t\u00fa llegas a tener una <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#0f7880\" class=\"has-inline-color\">relaci\u00f3n<\/mark><\/strong> con alguno de los contribuyentes de la lista, corres el riesgo de ser <strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#0f7880\" class=\"has-inline-color\">estafado <\/mark><\/strong>y\/o<strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0);color:#0f7880\" class=\"has-inline-color\"> vinculado<\/mark><\/strong> con alg\u00fan delito por el simple hecho de dicha relaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Recuerda que si se encuentra en la lista <strong>no es de confiar<\/strong>, <strong>no importa el estatus<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00a1Cons\u00faltala siempre y evita problemas!<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00bfAlguna ves has o\u00eddo hablar sobre la lista negra del SAT?
